Yeast infection?

Hello everyone, could you help me to identify if this a yeast infection? If so, could you recommend me a OTP medicine. Thank you much!

It can be hard to tell from discharge alone. Sometimes during the month my discharge looks similar to a yeast infection but it is not one. Are you experiencing itchiness (inside and outside)? If so, I'd recommend seeing a doctor (in person or a telehealth service) in case you need antibiotics.  I've had yeast infections over the years and OTC treatments always helped me, but in October I had one and used an OTC. I felt better within days however a few weeks later, I developed symptoms again so I went on antibiotics. I'm wondering if the original infection never really fully cleared up.  Hoping the antibiotics did the trick this time. I'm also exploring pre & probiotics to make sure things stay balanced down there. 
Sorry for the long winded answer! Just wanted to share my experience in case it would be helpful to others.

I wouldn’t take monostat unless you know. My stupid old doc recommended it. I never had yeast infection, I gave myself a serious infection with the monostat.. symptoms were so mild before hand I didn’t even test positive for one and I didn’t think I had one and shortly found a new dr. The monostat really just messed my system up for a few days.
