Ring stones fell out

So I got engaged awhile ago and one of the tiny stones fell out when I was taking groceries out the plastic Walmart bags. Well another one fell out doing the same thing from the plastic grocery bags just tonight!! I’m so sad and upset. My ring is from another country so I can’t just send it over. They sent me four stones when I told them about the first one that fell out. I still haven’t got it fixed yet because I don’t have the money to right now. But is this normal for them to fall out this easy from getting caught on plastic bags??? I want to cry I’m not even going to wear my ring until I get it fixed and prongs looked at. 😞 the setting is in 14k rose gold and Moissanite stones. My wedding is in 5 months I’m terrified it’s going to happen again right before and in photos it’ll be seen.
