Is it normal to feel emotional over food aversions?

I’m almost in my 9th week, and I’m having a lot of food aversions, I’ve lost 3 lbs so far and I find most things gross and even if it’s something that tastes good, my stomach gets upset. No vomiting, but I’m starting to feel overwhelmed from the lack of things I can enjoy and it’s just really annoying. Like I’m just ridiculously upset today I had a shrimp burrito which shrimp and seafood has been fine but everything else in the burrito (rice and cheese) made it taste awful and I decided to force myself to eat to at least get something in but now my stomach hurts and I feel like I just can’t enjoy anything.

Has anyone else felt like this, overwhelmed and upset? Any tips or tricks on how to combat this…I’m really upset about it :(
