Help with PIO

This is my second FET, I had no lumps with PIO last time, but I’m getting them every single time for this cycle every time I do injections. My clinic has told me I cannot use a heating pad at all, no hot water either, they also said I can’t use my body heat to warm it. My husband massages it for about 5 mins after, I do squats and walk for 10 mins and nothing is helping. Is my body still taking in the correct amount of progesterone? I’m worried because my transfer is Monday.
