Sharp pain on my left side?

Question

I’m currently 12w 4 days and I keep getting the same spot pain on my left side on my lower abdomen. I’m not sure if it’s round ligament pain because it lasts almost all day. Anybody else have something similar ? I know it’s not ectopic because I’ve had two ultrasounds already and baby looks great. Thank you !

Update: it’s slightly embarrassing but after psyching myself out about it all day I went to the doctor and it was concluded that it’s just trapped gas lol. I didn’t know it could be so painful ! Thank you for all your comments

I’m 12w4d today and I have been getting sharp pinch pains on my lower right side toward my pubic bone. I go to the doctor on Wednesday and plan on asking but all I’ve found out from my research is that it’s most likely round ligament pain. It doesn’t happen everyday. It was worse yesterday when I was on my feet at work for 12 hours. It’s still scary and gives me a lot of anxiety.

Ive had round ligament pain kind of all over or like stomach stretching pangs. None of it has been long lasting or super severe and I’ve had no resign so I haven’t been too worried. My doc told me random twinges will be normal so I’m try to just remind myself of that.
