To be induced or not…

I’ve been given the option to be induced at 39 weeks because I am 39 years old. I had one doctor at my practice tell me if I want to wait til my due date (Dec 30th) it’s ok as long as everything progresses like it is but then another doctor I spoke to said she doesn’t typically like to wait til 40 weeks with patients over 35 yrs old because of the potential risks/complications. Not sure what to do at this point. I scheduled the induction but they said I could change my mind and cancel if I wanted to but I’m torn rn and not sure what to do.
