Ectopic

I would be 8 weeks today. At 5 weeks 4 days I went to the hospital because I woke up heavily bleeding. They did an ultrasound and saw a gestational sac measuring 5 weeks 1 day but my hcg levels had dropped. I bled for about 3 weeks and the last few days I’ve had bad cramping, sore breasts and Nasuea, I was thinking my period was returning but I went and had my hcg levels checked again and they are higher than they ever were. So now the doctor thinks it’s an ectopic pregnancy. They still see the gestational sac measuring 5 weeks 2 days so they think it’s a pseudo sac and baby is elsewhere. Has anyone else had this experience?
