How long did you use a bottle for milk if baby refuses any other way?

They don't necessarily need milk after one if they're getting calcium in elsewhere (cheese, yogurt, etc.) So if they won't take milk in anything else just cut cold turkey anyways. It will be incredibly easier to do it now than later.

My son will be 16 months in a few days. He will still only drink milk from a bottle. He was breastfed for a year. Then I switched to a bottle and halved bmilk and cows milk until I was out of bmilk. At his 15 month check up his ped said to try to start weaning him from the bottle. I tried for several days to hive him milk in a cup and he wouldn’t drink more than 1 drink. I’m just don’t want to fight that battle right now. He wont be taking a bottle to kindergarten. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

We did a couple ounce of water in the bottles at sleep times. They were way easier to cut cold turkey that way. Took about a month.
