I was raped a week ago my period is late, should I be freaking out?

I track my periods but sometimes I forget to log when they end so I just assume like 6 days from the start. According to the app, when I was raped, I was ovulating. Plan B doesn’t work when you’re ovulating. I took it anyway.

I am on BC, I take it to help my period and not for sex. The day before I was raped, I had gone to a party and thrown it up. I think I took it late the day before too. I’m not super strict with it because I don’t take it as a form of contraception.

Anywho, I’m 5 days into the placebo pills and my period has not come yet. I took a test and it was negative but I’m still freaked out.
