could it be my period or implantation bleeding

i'm 19 and trying for my second child i was supposed to start my period december 9th but i noticed light bleeding only when i wiped on december 7th it's december 10th now and nothing has changed it's very light i have been wearing panty liners and i barley fill those up i have had light twinges but no period cramps i have been feeling sick been sleeping a lot eating a lot i have cravings my boobs are really sore and my boyfriend came out of nowhere and said i'm having twins
