Weight loss for IVF!
Hi everyone :) my partner and I are preparing for IVF and are all good to go except I have to lose about 20kgs before we can get going :( I’ve been trying very hard and have lost about 7kgs but does anyone have anything that they tried that worked? Or any tips that I could try? TIA!
