I have a question , I currently split up w my baby’s father bc of domestic violence we have a 1year old together and I’m currently pregnant I’m 15 weeks . I called the cops on him and he got arrested for about 3 days . He got bailed out and left to California we lived in Indiana but he’s from California. I filed for a protection order and it got approved for myself and our son I got a noticed that I have to go to court on the 23rd . On the paper it doesn’t say he has to go as well or if he’s going to be there too . I honestly don’t want to be there if he’s there I don’t want to see him or feel comfortable being in the same place as him . Would it be just me at court ? Or?
