Hi guys! 25 years old- Been ttc for 7 months now with no luck. I had a uterine septum removed in January in which they found a minimal amount of endometriosis on my bowels behind my uterus- nothing on my tubes or ovaries etc. tubes were free and clear. I have a regular 27-30 day cycle every month. I spoke with my dr and they say since they removed the endo they don’t feel the need to see me until at least a year of trying and that only 1/3 of people with endo have fertility issues. I love my office and they are very highly rated so I trust them but I am so confused when I look things up about endo pretty much everywhere it says that only ttc for 6 months then see a specialist and that it nearly impacts everyone for fertility who has it. I’m and so stressed about it which isn’t helping my chances. Could anyone share their insight or info they have on endo because all I know is I have it but don’t know much about how it impacts fertility etc and if you do need medicated cycles what do they give? I’ve also heard n acetyl cysteine (NAC) helps with oxidative stress and is good for ttc with endo of anyone has any info on that either. Any and all advice is much appreciated!
