❗Help me please❗

Just had my 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks, and they said my baby's heart rate is really low -80 bpm and they are measuring a week behind. She wasnt too positive and told me it means the pregnancy may not survive... anyone gone through this and heartbeat increased?

Going back next week to get it re-checked.. I am so scared and sad
