Light Bleeding after Pap/1st Appt??

So I had my 1st appointment today. I’m 10W1D. Doc did a pap because I was past due for one. He said it might cause light spotting & not to worry.

Well - it did earlier but it got heavier enough to be on my underwear & then I had a small clot come out when I peed. Now I’m cramping. Sooooo I’m obviously worried.

Everything was fine earlier, doc was able to find heartbeat. Anyone else experience this? I’m sure it’s fine but it’s never fun seeing blood, much less a clot. 🥺🥺🥺 Reassure me! 🤞🏼
