First Trimester Headache???

Question

Did any mommas in the first trimester experience headaches behind the eyes?? Or Did you have sensitivity to light? 
It could be that I got the vaccine 3 days ago.... 
but this is killing me now 😩🤦🏾‍♀️

Yes going through it now. 9 weeks and it started a few days ago. Today it feels more like a migraine 😩 I have been drinking lot’s of water but not helping much

I always get really bad headaches with hormone shifts, like before my period starts, and it’s happened both times I’ve been pregnant for the majority of the first trimester too. I found any little shift or upset could set it off too… not enough water, hair pulled back too tight, light was too bright, a smell was too strong, I didn’t eat at the exact right time, the weather shifted, etc lol
Usually going through a list usually helped- I would first try water, then limit stimulation (noise/light/etc), then try a nap, then try caffeine, then use ice on the back of my neck, then if none of that worked I’d take 1000mg of Tylenol. Let your doctor know asap if nothing touches the headache.

Yes! I felt that eating salty soups (pho ou lipton chicken noodle) helped. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had horrible headaches all through first trimester with my son. With my daughter it was morning sickness. As long as blood pressure is normal I think it’s just hormones. I get bad headaches with my periods a lot of the time too.
