First tri sickness

This is my fourth baby, NEVER have I ever been this sick, I constantly feel nauseous & have a pounding headache 24/7 I take Tylenol three times a day as directed. Please tell me I’m not alone I hope this gets better I have my first doctors Appointment on Monday. Any advice on what you guys do to help with this feeling all day?
