This one. It’s sold under about 100 different brand names. I clipped my kid once with regular clippers and haven’t tried them since. This is quick and easy, and doesn’t leave sharp edges like scissors or clippers could. They also sell replacement pads when the included ones run out.

I got one and ended up not even liking it. I was afraid of cutting my baby’s finger while cutting his nails, and I did only a couple times, but I could never get his nails short enough with the electric filer. I ended up getting really good at the clippers and never cut him again. The baby nail clippers are also way cheaper
