Is a real estate job a good career long term? Do they make good money? In California

So I been trying to figure out my career path and it’s been very depressing for me because I failed math my ENTIRE life, I’ve had tutors and nothing has helped me, so I heard real estate just does basic math so it’s pretty simple, so I feel maybe that would be better for me since all other jobs require more math and intense math

So my question is, is this job good long term? Will I be able to make good money? I want to be able to survive and provide more for my family since my fiancée is the breadwinner I want to be able to help since California has gotten 10x more expensive.
