Baby checkup and doctors

I had a doctors appointment on December 9th and December 20th and I wasn’t aloud to see any doctor due to me not having final or full insurance but when the tornado hit they didn’t care because they had to help all tornado victims but I went to my appointment today and got rejected again due to not having insurance finalized when they was helping me but never listened and called multiple times asking the same questions and I give them the same answers they keep saying the put it in again and again but never get it finalized which bothers me because it means I can’t have a checkup t see my baby or get anything to help and there is no one to answer any questions or help me with anything when I try to switch my family tells me it’s not a good choice because of me not having final insurance I explained to them multiple times how it had been and they don’t understand what is going on either and it bothers them a little but bothers me alot because I feel helpless and don’t know how well I’m gonna be able to take care of the baby without insurance and help
