Well it appears to be some kind of bug bite.  Could it be ants or even bedbugs? Try putting benedryl cream on them.

We dnt have bed bugs I checked all our beds and everything and I also cleaned and washed her sheets . Could it be something outside she was with the sitter and came back with it I know they got a new dog could it be flea bite ? I also know they play outside in the grass . She never had that till the dog came into the picture
