How long after baby dropped did labor start

Ok y’all, baby dropping early… it looks like baby has dropped right?! I’m not crazy? Left was last week and right is tonight. I took a picture for my friend who was going to alter my school top and I felt like baby dropped over the past week so I took a pic tonight and I think it’s crazy! I’m only 31 weeks but on baby number 4. I don’t feel like I stick out as much anymore (my clothes are looser as well). Did anyone else’s baby drop early and you still went to term? My last 2 came at 38 weeks so I suspect this baby will be around the same time but my due date is also off (I ovulated early but my ob is going off of lmp) and baby is measuring ahead so now with her dropping this early I’m unsure… I’ve been so uncomfortable already, she is already in my hips, head down and the pressure is unreal. I go in for a growth ultrasound on Monday so I’m going to mention it to my ob. My last baby dropped at 33 weeks.
