Yes, everything left out is in refrigeration units. When not in there it’s in the fridge being stored and the change of veggies is quick as are the meats.

Me personally I don't cook my sandwich meat. I ate subway recently (didn't really even think about it tbh)
I'm just used to eating whatever I want. I did with my son and I will with this one too

I only eat deli meat if I make something at home and toast it myself. I don't think their toaster does anything more than warm stuff up

I’d say no but only because I use to work at Subway, and I can 100% let you know that it’s NOT the best place you want to eat. Most things don’t get stored properly (I tried trust me it’s why I quit) meat is left in the bottom of the containers and more just added to the top so the stuff at the bottom by the time you get there is gross, the veggies also sit in their same containers overnight and the bread actually gets put into garbage bags and then put back on the bread racks in the morning. There’s always mold in the ice machine… so I mean maybe your subway is a better one that I worked at, but I personally wouldn’t take the risk lol

I have eaten subway so much this pregnancy it’s not even funny 😩 it’s like the one thing I consistently crave. I probably have it 1-2 times a week it’s like turning into a serious problem 😂 I ask them to double toast mine when I go

I ate cold meat the whole time with my daughter not knowing the risk & I was fine the whole time & I ate subway everyday , so yes it’s safe
