Round ligament pain at 7 weeks?

I woke up with weird pain. I looked up round ligament pain and I think it’s that? It’s mostly on the right side like down my stomach. What can I do about this?

Take slower movements. No sudden shifts. Easier said than done, but a little practice can make it more of a habit. For me, by the mid second trimester the ligament pain eased off. If this is your second+ pregnancy they’re going to be much more noticeable compared to the first baby.

I remember having some pretty crazy round ligament pain in my first pregnancy. It was scary 😅
