Early Labor signs?

So I’m nearing the end of my second pregnancy, but the first time I was leaking fluid and had to have my water broken at the hospital for baby’s safety I didn’t really experience any natural early labor signs. I’m currently 35w but in the last 24h I’ve been losing my plug, for a week I’ve been getting the lightning crotch, and I’m guessing Braxton Hicks but awful Braxton Hicks more painful than before and they haven’t gone away no matter what I do I tried resting and walking but I had them all night and it’s still going- starting around my belly then I feel it in my back and lower.

I’m hoping you guys can tell me about your own early labor experiences and at what point you realized it was progressing to more? Thank you for reading 🙏🏼
