HELP!! Baby UTI?

How do you know if your 8 month baby girl has a UTI?

My children have had UTIs since two months old (we have a genetic condition). Here are some things to look out for. 
Unconsolable
Little urine output 
Smelly urine (foul or sweet)
Fever anywhere from 100.2 to 104
A diaper rash is usually present due to bacteria
Speak with your pediatrician as soon as possible UTIs can be deadly in children. Though it is rare it isn't THAT rare.

I was told it's pretty rare for a baby to get a UTI at the pediatric children's hospital. But, that doesn't mean it can't happen. You could google symptoms of a UTI in a baby but I think you're better off calling the nurses line at the pediatricians office and let them know what's going on. When my daughter was really sick at 18 months they thought she had a UTI and made us go to the hospital. Children's hospital said what I mentioned above about babies and toddlers who aren't potty trained rarely get UTI's. But they can check by using a catheter to get a pee sample. They can't take a sample from a diaper as it's not enough pee
