Animal cruelty in my opinion. HELP 😭😭😭

I have a beautiful little rag doll cat. She’s the most cutest and most precious thing ever! I’ve had her for 5 years. I live with my parents I’m (21) I got her around 16. Last year my parents decided they don’t want her indoors before that she was an indoor cat. They’ve left her outside and she has a small sheltered space outside! She’s outside permanently and not allowed to come which I think is very cruel of them. They don’t want her inside because they think cats carry diseases from outside and the fur is too much. My mum will not compromise and I’ve asked her if she can come into my room, I get a straight no. I sneak her in but I get into a lot of trouble.

Recently my parents have been completely stupid. They have put rat sack and snail pellets everywhere down freely on the ground throughout the garden!!! They’ve put it near her bowls and near food. I found two pellets in her water as well! I lost it at my parents when I told my mum she shrugged and said it must of been an accident I said that’s not good enough!!! I just found out it’s toxic to cats and not safe and I’m fuming because it’s everywhere apparently they eat it because they’re attracted to the flavour!!!

I’m worried because my cat lately hasn’t been looking very well! She’s walking very slowly and not eating all her food and hiding! I’m worried she’s eaten it because it’s everywhere!

I’m so mad at my parents, they hate my cat so they wouldn’t care anyways! I don’t know what to do I can’t afford to move out right now otherwise I would’ve and I would’ve taken my cat. I feel so angry at them for being negligent as my cat could die from this.

I’m angry she’s outside and they don’t care about her. They don’t listen to me either despite me getting upset. My mums taken my cat to the rspca before too without telling me! I’ve had to pay to get her out. My parents are so toxic. Someone please help I just want my cat to be ok. PLEASE she means everything to me.

UPDATE:

About a few weeks ago before this incident I took her to my sisters to look after her, she was going well but my sister recently got a new kitten and my cat didn’t like the kitten and was hissing so I had to take her back home.

I can’t move out right now, I’m working casual and do not have enough saved rent is extremely expensive where I live it’s not cheap. Houses/ rent it’s one of the most expensive cities and none of my friends have moved out of home either so I find it difficult. I’m planning to once I get a new job.

Also she absolutely loves me, she doesn’t like strangers very much so I’m scared she won’t get on with someone else unless they’re a really kind person
