Friend in Need of: Guidance and Advice

Let’s cut to the chase I’m 4 days late as of today and I took a clear blue pregnancy test it says not pregnant. My step should be what exactly, sooner or later i know i have to make a doctors appointment but should i wait a week and take another test then go to the doctors? Should i tell the guy I’m involved with what’s going on or wait till i go to the doctors and see what they say then speak with him. I just need a little guidance and advice please and thank you!
