Not normal for me 🤨

Heyy ladies, soo my cycle was 3days late. When it finally came I was very lightly spotting for a day then the next day it was very heavy, but the last 4 days after that it was very very light, I literally used a panty liner, but I’ve been having right and left side pain on and off for a couple days now😬 I’m not sure what it is…. Has anyone ever had this happen? What should I do? My periods are normally heavy and I bleed for the entire 5day normally.
