9 weeks discharge ?!?! HELP TMI

9 weeks 3 days pregnant and just went to the bathroom and had this on my underwear so when I wiped I had more on the toilet paper. I’ve been cramping but I can’t remember ever having this! Thought cause now I’m freaking out like something is wrong!.
