Prenatal… and urine color…? 🤣

So I got Rainbow Light prenatal vitamins. (My tummy can’t handle the gummies and these go down easy) And then… my pee was electric yellow. Like the color of watered down Mountain Dew. 😂 It’s fine, but also, WTH?

I don’t get this with my current prenatal, but have had it with other prenatals and multivitamins.

I take the same prenatal and my urine is neon yellow as well!

Typically when your pee is like that your body is just getting rid of the vitamins it already has. Could be something else but that’s my experience.
