Abdominal pain

So, I just climbed over the center console in my husbands truck to get to our 14 month old quickly. I'm 32 weeks pregnant. Now I have this somewhat sharp pain, like south west of my belly button. It's not constant, and there is no bulge as of right now. Should I be concerned? Or is it more likely that I just strained something.
