Thoughts on covid vaccine at 27 weeks ?

Im scared that it could affect baby but also terrified of getting I go in for my regular check up and considering getting my first dose tomorrow

I just had covid and am 28 weeks pregnant. Whole family is fine. Don’t listen to the news. Just focus on your health and your diet.

Everyone has their own opinion and I will not judge either way, but here is mine. I wouod not get it during your pregnancy. There has not been enough research on it. I got vaccinatedand had my second dose probably a month before I found out I was pregnant. It made me so incredibly sick. I was so sick I couldn't hardly get out of my bed to go to the bathroom. I am also a nurse and work daily with covid patients and the majority are vaccinated. If you are wanting it I would personally wait until after you have the baby.

I got my booster a month and a half ago. I didn't have any issues. I'm unsure of it's different from a first dose since I had that back in March before pregnancy

Just received my booster at 29 weeks 4 days. No symptoms from it whatsoever. My doctors recommended it.

I’d get it 🤷🏻‍♀️ but that’s just my personal preference. I’m double vaxxed and currently have Covid at 30 weeks pregnant. It’s taken a big toll on me. I have a nasty cough, body aches, chills, my head is throbbing.. It’s also really hard to keep hydrated because when you’re sick like this you have to be basically overly hydrated. My Braxton hicks are much worse because of it. Im so glad I am vaccinated because I wouldn’t have wanted to roll the dice and see if/how much worse it would’ve been if I was unvaccinated.

I did one dose at 7 weeks and regretted it, didn't go back for the second bc I had mom guilt. I plan to start a new series after I deliver
If you're mingling with the public, you should totally get it. I work remotely and basically face time or schedule outdoor activities if I need to see people outside my home
