High heart rate 26 weeks pregnant
Has anyone dealt with high heart rate randomly during pregnancy? I will feel like & then out of the blue when I’m doing something like loading the dish washer or laying on the couch start feeling like my heart is beating out of my chest. It is so random but takes like 20-30 minutes to calm down. I truly don’t think it’s anxiety because I never feel stressed out or worried when it happens.
Yesterday it got up to 125
Today it was 134
