Diaper rash question

Please help, what do I do for severe diaper rash on my 22-month-old. She woke up with a poop in her diaper and she never does and now she has unbelievable bright red fire looking rash. Won’t let me wipe it won’t let me touch it I feel so terrible. She looks like she can barely walk I gave her Tylenol she’s so uncomfortable I feel terrible.. any advice?? I don’t know what to use at this point I’ve tried everything and every cream. I keep giving her baths it’s the only thing to relieve the pain. But it’s so bad I feel terrible for her she’s in so much pain
