Menstrual cramps for hours at 23 weeks pregnant. 4th pregnancy

So since last night I've noticed menstrual like cramps. Not super painful but light and noticeable. They have been different time frames apart and have continued into this morning as I type. I don't recall this happening with any of my other pregnancies and definitely don't want to overdue it today because I need to go grocery shopping. I just left a message for my doctor but want to know if anyone else experienced this before and should I be concerned?
