How far in advance should I pass out birthday invitations in my sons class?

I’m terrified of no one showing up to my sons birthday party 😭😭 when should I give him invitations to give to his classmates? I don’t want to give them too soon and people forget about it but I don’t want to be too late so everyone already has plans. His birthday is February 12th.

Are you inviting the whole class? If so have your child pass them out before or after school not during class time. If not then seek out the parents personally at school yourself. 
And 4/5 weeks should be fine enough to hope everyone can make it w/o forgetting.

2-3 weeks. Gives people time to plan around it but not enough time to plan over it.

I usually do about 3 weeks. I think it's enough to not be too far ahead but not too soon so people will remember 😊

I do a month, but mainly because my sons birthday is the day after Christmas. If it wasn’t then, I’d probably do 2 weeks.
