Just found out my 5 week old has a breathing birth defect..

I know this is a stretch to ask if anyone else has gone through this…

My baby girl likely has moderate laryngomalacia stridor. This is why she is grunting/breathing so hard all of the time.

I’m so terrified that she’s going to stop breathing and I’m going to lose my girl. Studies show that babies outgrow this by 12-18 months. It seems like a long time to worry all night every night if my baby is going to stop breathing in her sleep. I feel so scared..

We are going to an ENT specialist in less than two weeks to get more tests and information. I never thought I’d have to worry about something like this for my children.. 😭😭
