Pulling Feeling

Hi guys. I am 9DPO, on day 47 of my cycle (I have irregular periods). For the past couple of days, I have been generally nauseous, qnd have felt a strange pulling sensation on my right side, where I usually cramp. It's not generally painful, just... uncomfortable? I know pretty much anything can be a sign of an incoming period, but was wondering if anyone's had pulling sensations and then found out they were pregnant.
