Baby measuring 39wks at 34wks!?

So I just had an unexpected ultrasound due to the baby's heart rate being low on Doppler and decreased movement for a few days. I'm 34+2 according to my original due date.

She's been measuring a couple of weeks ahead the whole time but today baby's measurements were way ahead. Based on her measurements, the ultrasound report said my due date should be THREE weeks and a day earlier!

The doctor didn't mention moving my due date but I feel like it's strange for her to be measuring 39 weeks already. They said she's 7lbs 0oz.

Does anyone have experience with this? Should I expect her earlier?

At hospital for cramping 5 days ago cervix was closed, soft, thick, and high. No idea what that means but that's what they told me.
