Did I find out early enough? 😭

I ovulated 3 days before I had knee surgery, and have been on medication for the last 6 days. I just got a positive pregnancy test today, 4 days before my period, which I was totally not expecting. Is all the medicine I was taking going to mess this baby up? 😭 Or did I find out early enough??? I take adderall for ADHD, and was on maloxicam, baby aspirin, Oxycodone and then switched to hydrocodone. I didn’t take any pain meds today, just my adhd med, asprin, and the meloxicam. I’m stressed because I was under anesthesia for the surgery as well. I only tested this early because we did the deed once, but I couldn’t remember if it was around ovulation or not and I just wanted to be safe. But heck.
