Screeching Two Year Old

I need help on getting my 2 year old to stop screeching instead of using words it is giving me migraines. He was such a quite baby, all the way up to 10 months and ever since he started talking be has no idea how to use his indoor and outdoor voice. He will sit and play / talk quietly with his toys and or sometimes use his indoor voice. But for the most part runs about yelling and screeching at people or just because he can and will.

I've tried teaching and letting him know indoor voice and words are best, instead of screaming.

But he's just still isn't getting it, he does it when he's mad, scared, excited, or bored
