Can we talk about the ASS pain ?!

The amount of pressure/pain I have in my butt is excruciating I can’t sit, I can’t stand, all I can do is lay on my side and I’m still miserable. Almost 32 weeks is anyone else having these pains? I don’t remember it being this bad in my first pregnancy.

My coccyx hurts so much! It started so early with this pregnancy. With my first, the pain started during the third trimester and was awful but it went away after I gave birth. With this one, the pain started as early as I can remember 🥺 I use a donut pillow to sit down in my desk, try to get up often and massage a little. You are not alone 😩

Have you tried any stretches or prenatal yoga for sciatica? I have to stretch my glutes and lower back once or more each day otherwise the tightness makes my tailbone area painful and sensitive. But after stretching, it feels so much better. I hope you find relief soon!
