Hey guys so I’m 5’1 my SO got me a 55 cm ball before he had got me a 65 cm ball but it got a hole in it and I felt like that one was way better ,this one I have seems just soo small and uncomfortable I’ve only been on it for a few and already having back pain

It says on the box 5’3 and under and the old one was 5’3 to 5’10

Any one know if it’s better to use a size up or to use your actual size ?
