Popping sensation

While peeing I felt a popping sensation (like popcorn popping) at my cervix and it also felt like a small gush came out. It was in the middle of peeing and I have those toilet tabs that make the water blue so I couldnt see anything. I'm 27 1/2 weeks and have been having A LOT of Braxton Hicks the past few days to the point my doctor has me on bedrest until my appointment Wednesday or go to L&D to get checked for preterm if it gets worse. It's not really worse enough to go but I'm confused about the popping sensation/discharge. Has anyone else experienced this? I've had an increase in discharge so I cant tell if I'm leaking or not as it has been more watery anyway. 3rd baby and never experienced this with my other. They both came at 36 and 37 weeks due to other problems.
