What should I expect ?

My baby gets her 2month shots tomorrow and I was wondering what I should expect afterwards ? Like do the baby’s usually get sick as a reaction to the shots ?

We never really had any issues - I was always ready to give Tylenol at the first sign of fussiness but he never was. Maybe a little sleepy but that also really didn’t happen often. One time a shot left him with a hard warm lump on his leg near the injection site. A warm compress and some massaging and it went away within a day or 2 but other than that the day of and the day after were just like any other day for us.

They may have a small reaction but if it turns bigger then a quarter and it’s super red and irritated inform the doctor asap. They should let you know. My daughter slept like all day the day after her shots and just wanted to nurse which was fine with me. She did have bumps where the shot was put in her muscle from her flexing. I also don’t know if you’re in the us but my daughter got an oral vaccine and that was the worst because she was crying but they had to keep giving it to her
