Hair ideas!!

I cut my hair and I kinda hate it. It’s just below my shoulders and it’s brown. I do like the brown but I’d like to spice it up a bit with how short it is now! I’m just so iffy on what I want to do!! I’ve debated going back to blonde but I’m so worried about damaging my hair and ending up hating it anyways! I don’t like brassy blonde and my hair always gets that way! Idk what to do!!

I’m open to basically any thing but I can’t have unnatural colors because of work! Please recommend and help!!!
