Blurry ultrasound

We had an ultrasound very early on. They gave us abdominal one at 9 weeks and it was very blurry. Going in for another ultrasound In a couple weeks but I have to ask are my eyes playing with me? Do you see one or two? Ive had a lot of movement almost all the time time since the beginning of my second trimester. And it's so crazy now my husband couldn't sleep he was feeling kicks all over when my Belly was rubbing against his all night. I've also managed to get 2 heartbeats (125 and 150) and mine + hear placenta with my home heartbeat monitor. I have a very deep uterus so it was hard for her to do the ultrasound scan in the first place she's been very urgent my whole pregnancy rushing everything.
