Glucose test

I’m traumatized lol. I went in for my glucose test this morning, I hadn’t eaten or drank anything other than water. I drank the drink and it was fine, but then about 20-30 minutes later I got dizzy, hot, nauseous, my mouth started watering & I puked. All over the floor. Obviously they had to send me home & I have to go back and do it again but I don’t know how I’m supposed to keep it down next time? I really tried & felt like I did everything right and still puked it up (I’m not used to having much sugar in my body & assume that’s why, but don’t know how I’m supposed to fix it?)
