Seeing a lot about the glucose test...

So this is my 5th baby and the first time I've failed the 1 hour glucose test. I know every pregnancy is different but this is ironically also the healthiest I've been during any of my pregnancies (i.e. work outs almost daily and *generally* watching what I eat). I've been seeing folks say that they didn't have to fast before the 1 hour and this is also the first 1 hour I took where I had fasted overnight before doing it (usually I think they just said fast for a couple hours before).

Could that have had any impact? Any one else ever have a similar experience..

Not like it matters too much because my doctor wants me to take the 3 hour on Friday regardless but I have been pretty stressed about it and, quite frankly, very surprised by it. TIA!
